Lottie, RVN

Registered Veterinary Nurse

Lottie is a Registered Veterinary Nurse and the first, very lovely, point of contact here at Pawsitive Relief.

Lottie first connected with Pawsitive Relief as a client with her own senior dog, Mylo, giving her valuable first-hand insight into the standard of care and outcomes delivered at the clinic. She is now proud to be part of the same team, supporting pets and their families through every stage of their rehabilitation journey.

Alongside her role at Pawsitive Relief, Lottie works part-time as an Emergency and Critical Care triage nurse. She has also worked extensively in first opinion practice and brings a strong background in pet insurance, providing her with a well-rounded understanding of both clinical care and client support pathways. Lottie is a strong advocate of holistic, whole-body and mind-focused care, and has a particular soft spot for our senior patients.

At Pawsitive Relief, Lottie supports the day-to-day running and management of the practice, while also assisting patients and their owners wherever needed. She looks forward to welcoming you and your pets to the clinic

Claire, RCH

Veterinary Hydrotherapist

Claire has been working in canine hydrotherapy since 2018 and holds a Small Animal Hydrotherapy qualification. She is NARCH registered and has worked within a busy veterinary hydrotherapy clinic alongside a multidisciplinary team, including vets, nurses and physiotherapists, gaining a wide range of clinical experience.

In 2025, Claire completed additional training in underwater treadmill work and gait analysis, allowing her to further tailor rehabilitation programmes to each individual dog.

Claire particularly enjoys working with older dogs and finds it incredibly rewarding to see them gain confidence, comfort and a new lease of life through their rehabilitation plans.

Outside of work, Claire can usually be found tending to her allotment, walking her two dogs Poppy and Mavis, or enjoying horse riding.
